Justin R. Hemsing, born in 1982, grew up in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. He graduated with distinction from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. Three years later, in May 2007, he graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School with a Juris Doctor degree. Justin joined the Brookhouse law firm in July 2007.

Justin’s primary areas of practice include estate planning, Title XIX/nursing home asset protection planning and divestiture, probate and trust administrations, and real estate. He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the federal bar for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin.

His father is an attorney in Sheboygan, and his mother is a dental hygienist there. Justin is very close to his 3 brothers: Ryan, Matthew, and Christopher. Ryan works in marketing; Matthew is an internal medical doctor; and Christopher is also an attorney with the Brookhouse firm.

Justin got married to his wife, Ashlee, in 2020. Justin and Ashlee’s family doubled in 2021 with the addition of twins.

Justin enjoys sports and travel. He is a loyal fan of the USMNT (United States national soccer team) and the Wisconsin Badgers.
